CLINIC BUSTER MEMBERSHIP TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. About these Terms
These Terms and Conditions apply to the Clinic Buster Membership provided by Joe Sharp Media Limited, company number 17430344, whose registered office is at C/O Kingswood Allotts Limited, Sidings Court, Doncaster, South Yorkshire, England, DN4 5NU.
In these Terms, Joe Sharp Media Limited is referred to as “we”, “us” or “our”.
The person purchasing or participating in the Clinic Buster Membership is referred to as “you” or “your”.
By purchasing, subscribing to or participating in the Clinic Buster Membership, you agree to these Terms.
Clinic Buster is a professional clinical mentorship and education membership intended for clinicians and healthcare professionals purchasing the Membership wholly or mainly for purposes connected with their trade, business, craft or profession.
By joining Clinic Buster, you confirm that you are purchasing the Membership in a professional or business capacity and not as a consumer.
Your Membership will begin when your registration and payment have been accepted and will continue until cancelled or terminated in accordance with these Terms.
↑ Back to top2. The Clinic Buster Membership
Clinic Buster is a clinical education and mentorship membership designed to help clinicians discuss cases, develop their clinical reasoning, improve their professional knowledge and obtain educational guidance when they feel stuck with a case.
Membership may include:
- Online group clinical mentorship calls, which we currently intend to provide approximately every two weeks.
- Discussion of clinical cases and case studies.
- Clinical education and mentorship from Joe Sharp and other Clinic Buster mentors.
- Access to a private Clinic Buster member community.
- The opportunity to submit questions and clinical scenarios for discussion.
- Access to resources, recordings, educational materials or other content that we may choose to make available.
The exact format, frequency, mentors, content and delivery of the Membership may change from time to time.
We may change the date or time of a call where reasonably necessary. We will endeavour to give members reasonable notice of any change.
Failure to attend a particular call does not entitle you to a refund or reduction in your Membership Fee.
↑ Back to top3. Professional Membership
Clinic Buster is intended solely for clinicians and healthcare professionals using the Membership for their professional development.
You remain entirely responsible for ensuring that you are appropriately qualified, registered, insured and authorised to provide any healthcare services that you provide.
Membership of Clinic Buster does not constitute accreditation, certification, formal clinical supervision, regulatory approval or confirmation of clinical competence.
You are responsible for ensuring that anything you learn or implement through Clinic Buster falls within your own professional scope of practice.
↑ Back to top4. Educational Purpose Only
Clinic Buster is a professional education and mentorship service.
Information, opinions, suggestions, discussions, demonstrations, resources and other content provided during calls, within the community or elsewhere as part of the Membership are provided for educational purposes only.
Nothing provided through Clinic Buster constitutes the provision of healthcare to any patient.
We do not establish a clinician and patient relationship with any patient discussed within Clinic Buster.
Neither Joe Sharp Media Limited nor any Clinic Buster mentor accepts responsibility for the assessment, diagnosis, treatment, management or outcome of any patient treated by a member.
↑ Back to top5. Your Clinical Responsibility
You remain solely and entirely responsible for your own professional and clinical practice and for every patient under your care.
This includes responsibility for:
- Your assessment of each patient.
- Any diagnosis, differential diagnosis or clinical impression you make.
- Any treatment you provide or decide not to provide.
- Any clinical decision you make.
- Obtaining appropriate informed consent.
- Identifying contraindications, precautions and risks.
- Determining whether treatment is within your scope of practice.
- Referring a patient to another healthcare professional where appropriate.
- Seeking urgent or emergency medical assistance where appropriate.
- Your clinical documentation and record keeping.
- Compliance with your professional regulator, professional body, insurer, employer and applicable laws and professional standards.
- Determining whether any information discussed through Clinic Buster is appropriate to apply to an individual patient.
Any opinion expressed by a Clinic Buster mentor is necessarily based on the information presented to that mentor.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, the mentor will not have independently assessed or examined the patient and will not have access to the patient's complete medical or clinical history.
You must therefore exercise your own independent professional judgement before acting upon anything discussed through Clinic Buster.
You must not represent to a patient or any other person that Joe Sharp, Joe Sharp Media Limited, Clinic Buster or any Clinic Buster mentor has assessed, diagnosed or treated that patient, approved their treatment or accepted responsibility for their care.
↑ Back to top6. No Responsibility for Patient Outcomes
To the fullest extent permitted by law, neither Joe Sharp Media Limited nor any Clinic Buster mentor accepts responsibility or liability for any clinical decision, treatment decision, diagnosis, referral decision or other professional action or omission made by a member following participation in Clinic Buster.
You are responsible for determining whether any technique, treatment, approach, opinion, suggestion or information discussed within the Membership is appropriate, safe, evidence informed and within your own professional scope of practice.
The fact that a particular approach, treatment, technique or clinical opinion is discussed by a mentor or another member does not amount to an instruction that you should use it with a particular patient.
Clinical outcomes cannot be guaranteed.
↑ Back to top7. Patient Confidentiality

You must not disclose information through Clinic Buster that identifies, or could reasonably enable another person to identify, an individual patient.

You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use and disclosure of patient information complies with applicable data protection law, patient confidentiality requirements, your professional obligations and any requirements imposed by your employer, organisation, professional body or regulator.
If you are uncertain whether information can safely and lawfully be shared, you must not share it.
We may immediately remove any content that we believe contains confidential, personal, identifiable or otherwise inappropriate patient information.
A serious or repeated breach of this section may result in immediate suspension or termination of your Membership.

You will continue to have access to the Membership until the end of that period.

Once your Membership ends, your access to the private community, recordings, Membership content and other member resources may be removed.

When participating in calls or the community, you may contribute questions, opinions, experiences and anonymised case discussions.
You remain responsible for all information that you choose to contribute.
You must ensure that anything you contribute does not infringe another person's intellectual property rights, confidentiality, privacy or other legal rights.

Our total liability arising out of or in connection with your Membership shall, to the fullest extent permitted by law, be limited to the Membership Fees paid by you to us during the six months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
↑ Back to top17. No Guarantee of Results
We do not guarantee that participation in Clinic Buster will produce any particular clinical, professional, financial, career or business result.
Results depend upon numerous factors outside our control, including your qualifications, experience, knowledge, professional judgement, circumstances and implementation.
↑ Back to top18. Privacy and Data Protection
We will process personal information relating to your Membership in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
